Three simple steps will get you up and running with a great
looking Show:
1. Select your package and options.
2. Upload your pictures and your message.
3. Approve and download your Show.

1. Select your Package
This involves two steps.
First, if you would like to select your own background music for your
show, go to "Products-Audio Selections" and pick the music you like best.
Nothing is charged here, it only records your preference. Or
you can skip this step by having us pick music for you in the next
step.
Next, under "Products-Slide Shows" select the package that
corresponds with the maximum number of images you will have in your
show. Click on the "Details" page for your selected package
to specify the following options for each show:
- Voice-over required: (male/ female/ none)
- Background music: (none/ pick a track for me / I
will select a track )
- Hosting: (none/
or number of times you want the show to play)
- Enter the number of Shows you are purchasing. Usually 1
but you can
also buy 6 shows for the price of 5 and Save!
When all of your selections have been made click on the "Buy"
link then view your cart by selecting the "View Cart" button. You
may delete items from your cart here.
You may continue shopping by selecting the "Continue Shopping"
button or you may begin to finalize your purchase by selecting the
"Check Out" button.
You may then pay for your purchase securely with most major credit
cards via PayPal.
When the transaction has been completed - you will be sent to a
confirmation page containing your purchase details. You will
then receive a Username and password to transfer files.
2. Send us your pictures and message
Prepare your digital pictures by renaming them in the order you
would like them to appear in your show i.e. 1_Car.jpg,
2_House.tiff ...etc. We can convert almost any type of
digital picture and we can perform minor image enhancements. Best results come from larger pictures
1200x800 or more, which we will resize as required.
Prepare the message you would like for your voice-over,
referenced by picture. You can send this in the body of an
e-mail, in a text file or a word document. Note that each
picture in the Show will be timed to the message, so a long text
makes the movement less exciting. A maximum of 25 words seems
to work best, with a pace of about 1/2 second per word. Frames
without a message will be shown for 10 seconds by default, but you
can vary this from 5 to 30 seconds if you wish.
Here is an example:
"1_car.jpg (My car is my pride and joy. It gets
me from A to B in Style)"
"2_house.tiff (I park my car in the garage of my new home.
It is a great place to live)"
"3_dog.jpg (15 seconds)
Use the UserID and Password sent to your to access our "Transfer
Files" page to upload your pictures. If you prefer, you may send the pictures and message to us by e-mail to
sales@redstreammedia.com.
Remember to include your order number in the reference field.
If you purchase several shows at once, append a letter to the order
number to keep them organized ie. 78944_A, 78944_B
3. Test your Show
When your show is prepared, usually within 2 business days, we
will send you a temporary link to the show via e-mail. Simply
click on the link to play the show and send us your approval by
reply e-mail. The link to the show will remain active for 5
days to give you ample time to review the show. If you would
like changes, note them by reply e-mail and we will gladly make the
changes at no charge. While it is on the temporary
server, the Show can be played but not downloaded to your computer.
If no reply is received within 5 days, we will take your approval as
granted.
Once approved, your Show will be moved to your file transfer
directory and you may download it from the "Transfer Files" page.
It will remain available for download for 30 days. Once
downloaded, no further change will be made without charge. If
you later wish to update the show or make changes, simply purchase a
slide change from our Show category.
If you requested our hosting service, you will be sent a second
link to the location where the show is hosted on our server, along
with detailed instructions on how to use the link.
